When You’re Tired Because Your Life Is Getting Bigger

I’ve been noticing something lately — not just with my clients, but in myself too.
It’s that moment when everything is technically working... but you still feel like you’re falling behind.
You’ve built the business.
You’ve manifested the dream house.
You’ve attracted the clients.
And yet… there’s this quiet exhaustion in the background.
It’s not because you’re failing. It’s because your vision is getting bigger than the version of you that used to carry it all.
☕️ The Conversations That Made Me Hit Record
This week I had session after session where women I deeply admire sat across from me on Zoom and said some version of the same thing:
“I feel behind.”“I’m so tired.” “Why does this still feel hard?”
And honestly? Their lives are stunning.
Dream homes. Soulmate relationships. Sold-out offers.
People who love what they create.
But instead of celebrating that… they were making their tiredness mean something was wrong with them.
And in each session, I felt that moment — you know the one — where you wish you had a microphone because what’s being said is too good not to share. So I’m bringing it to you here.
✨ The Reframe That Changed Everything
One client came in exhausted. She was fighting her own tiredness like it was a personal flaw.
But as we tapped together, I reminded her:
“You’re tired because people want what you have. You’re tired because what you’ve built works. You’re tired because your life is full of all the beautiful things you once prayed for.”
And something softened in her body.
Not because the feeling disappeared… but because she stopped judging herself for it.
Instead of trying to “tap the tired away,” she allowed it to exist.
She gave herself permission to feel it — without making it mean she was behind.
This is the moment the weight starts to lift. Not when you push harder.
When you finally stop fighting yourself.
🪞 External Success vs. Internal Manifestation
Here’s the thing: so many of the women I work with are masters of external manifestation.
They can call in clients. They can build the business. They can create the dream.
But the next level isn’t about more strategy or more doing. It’s about learning to hold your success internally — with peace, with ease, with trust.
It’s when the inside finally catches up to the outside.
👑 The Taylor Swift Lesson
Another client was frustrated because she “only ever finishes things 90%.”
She was beating herself up for not being the person who crosses every T and dots every I.
I shared this perspective with her:Taylor Swift doesn’t do it all herself.
She writes the music.
She brings the vision.
But then she hands it to the team who helps her bring it to life.
She doesn’t play every instrument, produce every track, design every tour poster, and clean the stage afterward.
She creates the magic and lets others help her spread it.
We’re so conditioned as women to be the implementers, the doers, the ones who hold everything together. But many of us were actually born to lea
d.
Your exhaustion might not be a sign you’re weak.It might be your soul saying: “Hey love, it’s time to build differently now.”
🛑 Just Because You Can Doesn’t Mean You Should
One of my clients — a brilliant woman writing a book that will change industries — had been trying to do everything herself.
She thought she was failing because she couldn’t carry the whole vision alone.
Within 24 hours of our session, she:
Hired a house manager.
Booked a ghostwriter.
Released the weight she was never meant to hold.
She didn’t suddenly get more disciplined. She got supported.
This is what expansion looks like. Not more hustle. More help.
✨ The Meaning You Give It Is Everything
One of my favorite quotes from A Course in Miracles says:
“Nothing has any meaning beyond the meaning we give it.”
You can decide that feeling tired means you’re behind. Or you can decide that feeling tired means your vision has outgrown the old container.
You can keep carrying it all alone. Or you can build the team, the structure, and the support your next chapter deserves.
🫶 What If This Is the Season You Lead Differently?
If you’re at the point where your vision is too big to keep doing everything yourself — this is your invitation to rise.
This is why I created the Content & Tapping Mastermind:
✨ A space for visionary women to let go of old identities. ✨ A space to release the pressure to do it all. ✨ A space to learn to lead, create, and expand with ease.
Because the dream doesn’t get heavier. You just get better at receiving support.
📌 Final Thought
You don’t need to fight the season you’re in.
You get to honor it.
You get to be tired and wildly proud of yourself.
You get to hold your success and make space for what’s next.
This is what leadership looks like. Not perfection. Not doing it all. But rising into the next level of your vision — supported.
