Understanding Financial Anxiety Among Entrepreneurs
Financial anxiety isn't just about not having enough money; it's often about our relationship with money. Many entrepreneurs experience financial stress, regardless of their business's success. This anxiety can stem from uncertainty about the future, the irregular income streams that often accompany entrepreneurship, or deep-seated beliefs about money rooted in past experiences. Recognizing the sources of your financial stress is the first step towards managing it effectively.
Strategies to Overcome Financial Fear

Even though I try to hide my money worries, the truth is I am thinking about it all the time, and I love & accept myself anyways.
Top of the Head: “I’m worried about money.”
Eyebrow: "I feel this worry in my body"
Side of the Eye: “I’m scared I won’t have enough.”
Under the Eye: “All this financial pressure.”
Under the Nose: “I’m afraid of failing.”
Chin: “What if I can’t sustain my success?”
Collarbone: “I'm ready to start letting this fear go.”
Under the Arm: “I am open to believing I can create the results I want.”
Under Chest: "I am capable of creating the money I want & need"
Wrist: “I am worthy of abundance and success.”
This sequence can help calm the nervous system and foster a more positive outlook on your financial situation. Repeat it daily or whenever you feel anxiety creeping in.
A Success Story of Transformation
Let me share with you a story about a client of mine, let's call her Emma. When Emma first came to me, she was a successful entrepreneur with a thriving business, but plagued by anxiety over her finances. She worried incessantly about every dollar spent and had a hard time enjoying her success.
