How I Made My First $10K With Tapping (And How You Can Too)

When I first started tapping, I never imagined it would lead to a six or seven-figure business. I knew I was good at helping people, but I couldn’t see the bigger vision yet. All I knew was that I wanted to get paid to do the work I loved.

My very first offer after getting certified was $150 per tapping session with a five-session minimum. I sold these through free 20-minute introductory calls, where I asked questions to uncover people’s struggles and showed them how tapping could help. Those first clients weren’t just paying me — they were showing me what was possible.

And yes… my first “paid” session was actually a donation of $10. I’ll never forget cheering to the universe: I just got paid to do what I love! That tiny moment became the seed of something much bigger.


From Free Sessions to Building an Audience

At the beginning, I worked out of yoga studios and offered free or donation-based sessions to spread the word.

But the real shift happened when I started showing up on Facebook Live. I launched Tapping Tuesdays and tapped on topics people were struggling with — fear of being seen, playing small, money stress, anxiety. Week after week, more people tuned in.

Here’s the lesson: consistency builds trust, and trust builds an audience.


My First Group Program: $800 x 8 = $6,400

One day, my coach told me: “Jackie, these people want more from you. Give them something to buy.”

So I created my first group program — The Sacred Success Circle. It was $800 per person, and six women signed up. That one program brought in $6,400 — more money than I had ever made at once. I booked my daughter’s first trip to Disneyland with that income, and it felt life-changing.

The lesson here? People want containers. Don’t just sell sessions — sell transformation.


Packaging My Work: $2,500 Programs & Retreats

From there, I created three-month private programs at $2,500 and weekend retreats at $2,500 per person. Two clients = $5,000. A retreat weekend = $15,000.

When I stopped trading time for money and started packaging transformation, my income jumped.


The Leap to Certification

Eventually, people started asking me to teach them how to tap. At first, I resisted — my style wasn’t the same as traditional EFT, and I didn’t want to ruffle feathers. But people wanted to learn from me.

That’s how Tapping School™ was born. I launched the certification at $5,850 (or $530/month), and students joined immediately. Later, I brought in affiliates to help share it, and that’s how I scaled to my first six-figure month.
